quick service included dinner good location
the room had a big enough space for my family of three. i appreciate the quick service when i asked for more towels. breakfast and dinner were included, and that removed the stress of finding places to eat. the location was good (close to hiking trails!).
the pool temperature was quite cold so i only used it once.

the room was very clean. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions. breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold options. i had a positive experience overall, especially during breakfast service.
the parking lot was often full, especially during peak hours, it meant a bit of a walk with luggage. it was a minor inconvenience.

non-functional wifi cold food
the provided parking was ample and conveniently located near the various buildings.
The jacuzzi was out of order during both of my visits to the leisure facilities, a significant disappointment. breakfast was poorly executed. Glasses were missing for juice, bread was unavailable despite requests, and the hot food was either scarce or cold. wifi was also non-functional, forcing me to use my personal hotspot.

lovely family stay!
soft play great staff
The pool and soft play areas are great on site. giovannis had lovely food! the staff were very good in all areas. They helped us with everything we needed, and were always available. i will definitely be coming back with my family soon.
i found it difficult to get parked at the hotel as there are very limited spaces. i ended up having to park elsewhere and walk with my kids and all our luggage, which wasn't ideal.

The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Swimming was available on site (very convenient for families). The staff members were great.
Allergen control needs improvement. A pizza order arrived with incorrect toppings.
